• Positive Covid case in 4R

  We have been notified of a positive case of Covid in our 4R class. At this time there is no need for any close contacts to isolate however should your child develop symptoms of Covid please keep them off school. Parents can seek PCR tests for children.

   

  At this time, we are following the standard advice from the local authority and this remains an isolated case therefore there is no further action required.

   

  Please be vigilant for all children across school displaying symptoms of Covid and ensure they do not attend school; however siblings who are not symptomatic are advised to take a PCR test but may continue to attend unless a Positive result is received.

Pumps / School Jumper*   On Outdoor Learning Days children can wear * Long trousers, Jogging Pants or Leggings (No Jeans) / Long Sleeved Top / Fleece or Jumper / Suitable Footwear (Wellies, Walking Boots or old trainers) and a Waterproof Coat (if owned)

• Parent Governor Vacancy

  We have 2 spaces for Parent Governors and we welcome any interested party to contact us at school to discuss this opportunity further.

   

  What is a parent governor?

   

  Parent governors are a core part of a school’s Board of Governors. The role is voluntary , and will appeal to parents who want to make a positive impact on their child’s education and school life. The outcome is indirect, since the governor role has little interaction with the pupils or with daily school life, but is much more “behind the scenes”.
