Inspirational Children

Our Random Acts of Kindness

Another amazing achievement from one of our Year 3 children has happened this week (03.05.2019).  Braydon Anderson has been signed on a 2 year contract with none other than Manchester United! This is a huge achievement and we are immensely proud of the dedication Braydon has shown to the sport and wish him all our luck as he moves forward in his footballing career.

We are extremely proud of our pupils here at Ribbleton Juniors as part of our school family.

But sometimes we are made aware of truly inspirational behaviours; an act of kindness above and beyond the norm.  We will celebrate and share such acts on this dedicated page.

Cody Love in Year 6 pupils has made his way into the Lancashire Evening Post for a demonstration of true love and kindness.  Cody has been using his own pocket money and time to help some of the homeless people of Preston.  This display of courageous advocacy shows that Cody has stood up for something he truly believes in and as a result will have made a huge difference for the life of someone else.

In addition to this, a pupil in Year 4, Evie has been raising money for the Little Princess Trust.  Evie had 30cm of her hair cut off to help make wigs for children who are receiving treatment for cancer.  We love your new short hair Evie and are incredibly inspired by your actions to help others.

We love hearing about the incredible things our pupils are doing outside of school. If your child has done something inspiring, please let us know!
