Opening Times
A day at Ribbleton Avenue Methodist Junior School
Breakfast club is held each morning from 8:00am - 8:20am in the school hall. This is open to all children at the cost of 50p per day.
Our actual academic school day starts at 8:55am; however, doors open slightly earlier at 8:50am to allow the children into class ready to start learning promptly at 8:55am.
Worship is held everyday in the hall and follows a variety of themes that can be seen by accessing the RE section of this website.
The children have one playtime that takes place between 10:25am and 10:40am.
Lunch is at 11:55am until 12:55pm. All the children eat their lunch in the school hall.
The school day ends at 3:10pm and the children are collected from the school yard unless they are attending one of our many after-school clubs.
Children are in school a total of 31.25 hours per week excluding breakfast and after-school clubs.
