We have high expectations of all of our pupils to ensure that every child celebrates and achieves their unique God given talent and so our policy is based around the principles of intrinsic motivation for making the right choices, rather than being rewarded for the basics.  Our behaviour system is based on Christian beliefs and underpinned by respect and forgiveness; ensuring that mistakes are allowed to be righted and reflected on.  We believe these practices support our development of a growth mind set in line with our distinct Methodist characteristics and the work of John Welsey.
