MEAL ARRANGEMENTS FOR PUPIL PREMIUM CHILDREN
If you are in receipt of benefits and your child qualifies for the Pupil Premium Grant the Local Authority have made arrangements to provide a daily meal for your child (Mondays to Fridays, term-time only)
Your child will be provided with a meal pack which will contain a basic breakfast and lunch for 5 days. You will be required to collect this from school in the designated time slot.
Please collect your first pack on Monday 23rd March when instructed by the school office.
The collection point will be from the back of school by the double doors that lead into the hall.
You will be notified of subsequent delivery dates and times when we are given further information.
There will be a letter with your pack. It is important that you read this letter to ensure that you consider food allergens and intolerances.
School holds a list of all Pupil Premium children who are eligible for a school meal.
A collection register will be in operation to ensure that only eligible children receive the meal pack. The pack must be taken home. Children cannot eat their meals on the school premises.
WHEN YOU COLLECT YOUR MEAL PACK PLEASE OBSERVE THE CURRENT RECOMMENDATION OF SOCIAL DISTANCING KEEPING 2 METRES APART WHERE POSSIBLE.
