During Autumn 2 the children are learning about computer programming. They have used microbits to code their own night lights, step counters, emotion badges, thermometers and rock, paper, scissors game. They also coded a program to create a magic 8 ball. 

The makecode website allowed them to use block coding to create their own programs, which they flashed to the microbits

As part of their work with multimedia, the children in Year 4 created their very own e-books using book creator. Their books included word art, talking avatars, volcano video factfiles, tours using google earth, green screen eruptions and hyperlinks!
