Romans

Roman green screening

To finish our topic on Romans we had some fun using green screen technology to transport Roman soldiers into the playground. We even used the masking tool to transform ourselves into Roman soldiers. We then combined our video and photo in the app ‘Clips’ to make a mini news broadcast. Some of us even added photo effects to make our clips look aged!
Super video editing skills Year 4!

Coding

We used sphero robots and block coding to manoeuvre them around mazes and create our own hand massages. We also used a makey makey to create our own keyboards to control scratch games via creative items!

Makey Makey

This term we have been learning to use block coding and create our own programs in scratch.

We made a camel talk and dance.

Below you can see some of our Roman scratch projects. We made our sprites spin, change colour, jump, flash and change size and costume! Enjoy!
