Coronavirus Update
Dear Parents/Carers,
As you may be aware, the Government has announced that any person who is presenting with a new, persistent cough, sore throat and high temperature must self-isolate for 14 days. The rest of the family living in the household must do the same.
Any absence relating to this will be recorded as authorised. Your child’s absence record will not be affected.
These are precautionary measures as directed by Public Health England and the Department for Education. Currently, we have no confirmed cases of Coronavirus in school.
Thank you for your understanding,
Mrs Nickson (Headteacher)
We had an amazing time at Sing Together and wowed an audience of hundreds of adults and dignitaries such as the Mayor of Blackburn and his consort.
We sang songs such as 'I just Can't Wait to be King' and even used sign language. It was a truly amazing night!
Children in all classes were treated to a fabulous workshop covering lots of different science, from chemical reactions, states of matter to forces. It was great fun and we learnt lots.
